About Jing
I build where product thinking meets delivery.
I’m Xu Jing, and I go by Jing in English. I’m based in China. I manage software R&D projects and build independent products, including work with AI. My work is about turning unclear goals into concrete systems: understanding the problem, shaping the plan, coordinating the details, and getting something useful into people’s hands.
Jing Builds is where I document that process. It is a home for current products, practical notes, and honest lessons from building across project leadership, software, and applied AI.
